I graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from AIT in Auckland, New Zealand in 1994.

Most of my career has been spent working in private practice in London and Australia, managing a wide range of sports, spinal and musculoskeletal conditions. I work with patients both to regain full function and also to prevent recurrence of injuries. I believe that the skill is not in giving you a quick fix, but instead developing a long term perspective on your problem so you have the tools to control and/or eliminate them permanently. I have a great passion for my profession and my approach is very hands-on and tailored to the individual.

In April of 2010, I completed the Marathon Des Sables, a 250km foot race across the Sahara desert. Learning from this and the number of marathons I have done, I have developed a greater understanding of the effort and dedication it takes to be committed to training for marathons. I particularly enjoy treating patients with sports injuries and who are training for a specific event as I feel I can provide essential advice and support. Along with sports injuries, I enjoy assessing and managing people with work related pain, delivering the advice and education necessary for employees to remain pain free at work.
