Now in my 70s, I go to Nathan for an MoT with occasional or recurring pains for which I need physio or (often) advice on how to ease a pain or prevent it happening again. I find him highly professional, full of practical advice underpinned by knowledge of how the body works - and sometimes doesn't. On a recent visit he gave me exercises to do ( backed up by an email repeating what he'd said) and told me to sleep on two pillows, not one. Magic ! My shoulders have stopped hurting. He's also cheerful with it, but then he's a Kiwi. They have the All Blacks.
