I thoroughly recommend Jade. She has helped me back to running twice, first after a foot operation and second after a knee problem. Both times she quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested exercises which worked well. She is friendly, professional, approachable. I've never had to wait very long to get an appointment and if I've been unsure of something she has responded quickly to questions by email.

Nathan gave me so much great advice

My coach Julian suggested to meet Nathan a year ago. I had a running injury that prevented me from training for many months. We worked together for a long term solutions and I can only say I was able to successfully complete my first Half Iron Man. I really enjoyed every session together and I can honestly say Nathan gave me so much great advice that has been very important in keeping my body in full shape. Strongly Recommend.

Overall very pleased with professional and friendly approach

I came to Nathan with a knee injury and within an hour he diagnosed the cause and prescribed a set of exercises. Nathan kept in touch after my appointment to make sure all is well. Thorough approach to fully assessing my biomechanics

I was referred to Nathan on recommendation for diagnosis of a running injury, with plans to compete in my first Ironman 7 months later. I can't recommend Nathan highly enough for his thorough approach to fully assessing my biomechanics, diagnosing the problem and understanding what had caused it in the first place. If you are looking for someone who is fully committed to taking you on a successful path to recovery, Nathan is your guy. Despite the fact I had to take 4 months off running due to the injury being diagnosed as a tendinopathy, I had total trust that Nathan's strength and mobility exercise prescription would bring me back stronger and allow me to manage it going forward. Suffice to say I was able to complete my first Ironman without my injury flaring up at all, and my running is feeling stronger than ever before! Thanks Nathan!

Would definitely recommend this Physio

My first appointment with Chiswick Physio followed a knee injury that I had sustained through running a marathon. I was lucky enough to have the support of Jade to help me through my recovery - she identified the biomechanical issues which had lead to my inflamed knee quickly and set me clear and achievable exercises to help ameliorate the problem. After a few appointments my symptoms have cleared up completely and I am running again with no problems, alongside new insight into the importance of strengthening stretches and exercises. Would definitely recommend this Physio.
