The guys are fantastic. Nathan helped me back on my feet, Jade is keeping me there. I've had two serious injuries, one of which I thought might end my ability to run, and Jade has got me back and stronger than ever.

I was referred to Nathan on recommendation for diagnosis of a running injury, with plans to compete in my first Ironman 7 months later. I can't recommend Nathan highly enough for his thorough approach to fully assessing my biomechanics, diagnosing the problem and understanding what had caused it in the first place. If you are looking for someone who is fully committed to taking you on a successful path to recovery, Nathan is your guy. Despite the fact I had to take 4 months off running due to the injury being diagnosed as a tendinopathy, I had total trust that Nathan's strength and mobility exercise prescription would bring me back stronger and allow me to manage it going forward. I can't recommend Jade at Chiswick Physio highly enough. Following a Total Knee Replacement (TKR) I wasn't progressing as I should have been and the time between hospital physio appointments was too long. Jade turned out to be not just a brilliant physio and thoroughly nice person, but a bit of a TKR expert. She combined exercises, stretches and massage for maximum impact, so that, with her intensive help over two weeks, I was able to get my knee back on track and even slightly ahead of the game. Even the hospital physio was impressed! I'm pretty sure Jade's expertise saved my knee from further unpleasant procedures. If you have a bad knee in any way (or any other joint!) go and see Jade.

Great physio, went to see Jade as suffering with severe pelvic girdle pain due to pregnancy. After a full Assessment of my pelvis area and back she discovered some muscle issues & areas to work on and also gave me a strengthening exercise plan which has hugely helped and recommended a support belt which has also reduced the pain. Now in my 70s, I go to Nathan for an MoT with occasional or recurring pains for which I need physio or (often) advice on how to ease a pain or prevent it happening again. I find him highly professional, full of practical advice underpinned by knowledge of how the body works - and sometimes doesn't. On a recent visit he gave me exercises to do ( backed up by an email repeating what he'd said) and told me to sleep on two pillows, not one. Magic ! My shoulders have stopped hurting. He's also cheerful with it, but then he's a Kiwi. They have the All Blacks.

I found Nathan by searching the internet after I'd had a bad knee for several months. I'd been diagnosed with a Baker's Cyst and Nathan explained to me more clearly than the NHS or anyone else how it develops, what it is (a symptom) and then he did movement tests on my hips and knees to see what the likely cause was. There's no doubt that he has extensive experience of problems like mine. He recommended just two exercises to begin with that aim to strengthen the muscles in my buttocks and correct the alignment of my thigh bone with my knee cap. I am working on these now. When I see Nathan with a further set of questions he answers each of them fully and clearly. He has my complete trust. I believe he is one of the best physiotherapists there is.

Nathan Carter is super fit and healthy, which is relevant because it colours his vision of physiotherapy, which is, quite uniquely. to get his patients 100% back to their previous level of fitness, pre injury. It is a testimony to his skill and determination that he has helped me do just that over many years and a cracked spinal vertebrae, a snapped knee tendon and a dislocated shoulder. In each case, I've eventually ended up stronger and more flexible in the injured area. Personally, Nathan is also extremely nice, positive, supportive and down to earth. Not much more you could ask.

I was recommended to see Nathan as I'd had issues with disc bulges in my lower back which required 2 steroid injections. Nathan was an absolute godsend and helped my rehabilitation back to normality when I wasn't sure it was possible. He was considerate and patient and not only gave me specific back exercises but also tips on how best to manage the issue and make sure I didn't have bad habits in my day to day life which would slow my recovery. The story I gave him was that 4 years ago I had to take a chair to watch a bike race as I couldn't stand for long periods and just recently I completed the Ride London. So much of that recovery is down to Nathan. Very, very highly recommend!!

I was lucky enough to be recommended Jade from Chiswick Physio when I was 34 weeks pregnant. I was struggling with pelvic pain so Jade gave me some simple exercises to do at home and within days I noticed a huge improvement. I only needed a couple of appointments but Jade continued to support me by following up with emails to check how I was getting on. My first appointment with Chiswick Physio followed a knee injury that I had sustained through running a marathon. I was lucky enough to have the support of Jade to help me through my recovery - she identified the biomechanical issues which had lead to my inflamed knee quickly and set me clear and achievable exercises to help ameliorate the problem. After a few appointments my symptoms have cleared up completely and I am running again with no problems, alongside new insight into the importance of strengthening stretches and exercises. I saw Nathan three times for problems with my foot and elbow and I would highly recommend him. I consulted Nathan after seeing my GP and following tests that got nowhere over several months. Nathan was very approachable while being professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He asked questions while examining me and listened carefully; quickly diagnosing the problems, which he explained clearly with the aid of diagrams. Nathan manipulated the joints and gave me straightforward exercises to do between the sessions. I was better in just a few weeks - I only wish I had seen him sooner!

I damaged my ankle in a fall and went to see Nathan with it badly swollen and soft tissue damage. I was treated by Nathan and then by Jade and both were excellent. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I'd been struggling with knee pain after completing a half marathon and Jade gave me various exercises/stretches to help get my knee back to normal. She has a wealth of knowledge and explains things in a way that is easy to understand and is very friendly. She is incredibly supportive over email too, checking in to see how I am getting on with my exercises etc. We also worked to get me back to running again, which was especially great as I felt that Jade cared about getting me back to 100%. My knee pain is now completely gone, I'm back to running and I'm equipped with a bunch of great exercises and stretches to continue to support my knee to prevent the same issue happening again, all thanks to Jade! I cannot recommend Jade highly enough, and if I ever have the need for physio again I will be coming straight back!
